Even though the world is all doom and gloom these days, we should find ways to relax and unwind. This is the best way to stay healthy because how we feel affects our overall health. I've already mentioned some things that can help, such as spending more time in nature and creating a beautiful environment.
However, what could be better than nature's best creature, which is mysterial, beautiful, and even has healing powers? Yes, I'm talking about cats.
There are no non-cat people, only people who were not found by their cat - that's a fact, and there's a reason for it. Looking at this perfect natural form of art definitely makes everyone feel better. Having someone to look after and listen to you makes you want to live and stay in shape.
My mother has four of these healers, and when I ask her if she is taking her medications, she responds, "I have my natural purring medications." Everyone knows that mothers are always right.
What about science?
Cats, according to science, have more medicinal power than any other animal due to their purr. The frequency of the purr ranges between 25 and 150 Hertz (low frequency vibration). Low-frequency vibrations produced by purring may promote bone, muscle, and tissue healing. According to sports medicine studies, low frequency can improve the overall athletic performance and leads to faster recovery. Listening to such sounds increases muscle strength and promotes weight loss. All of the above is most likely due to the fact that low frequencies like cat purr increase blood circulation.
💡 Good blood circulation is essential for overall health and well-being. It plays a crucial role in maintaining the proper functioning of various bodily systems and organs.
Proper circulation is key for maintaining optimal health. It ensures that blood and oxygen continuously flow throughout the body, allowing every organ to function properly. It helps to heal wounds faster, it keeps your brain sharp, it keeps your heart healthy, and it even gives your complexion a natural flush.
“Circulation can also affect the immune system, as certain blood cells, carried by the bloodstream, help to fight infection,” says Marjan Moghaddam, D.O., a family medicine physician with Henry Ford Health. https://www.henryford.com/blog/2020/10/how-to-boost-circulation
The rhythmic sound and vibrations help to reduce stress and create a soothing environment.
However, science is powerless when it comes to cats because cat purring is not fully understood. We don't know exactly how they do it. Purring is thought to be caused by rapid, rhythmic contractions of the cat's laryngeal muscles (voice box) combined with diaphragmatic fluctuations. These muscle contractions produce sound, which is typically characterised by a continuous, gentle, and vibrating sound. So imagine how complicated the cats are when we can't even figure out how they produce the healing vibrations.
💡I am researching frequency or sound healing and will report my findings soon. It can help with a variety of health issues including COVID-19 vaccines injuries. Surprising fact!💡
When rabbits are content and relaxed, they make a soft, rhythmic purring sound. Rabbit purring has not been as thoroughly studied as cat purring, but it appears to have a similar effect.
Years ago, I read that when kittens are born, their senses of sight, hearing and smell are not yet functional, but they can feel the vibration of their mother's purring, and that's how they "home in" on her. I also believe that cats have senses that humans know nothing about.
