I’m in a similar situation as you. I only have 2 paid subscribers. Substack isn’t a good source of income. People everywhere are struggling. I have a business providing telemedicine, cannabis certification evaluations and also do disability exams to try to make ends meet. I’ve lost my property and vehicle. It’s difficult to start all over again . A lot of supermarkets donate food to churches that have food kitchens. You should check out what’s available near you. Praying for you.

Many people do well here, but it is mostly because they are famous rather than because they provide valuable content. Check who Substack has promoted. The system is designed in such a way that people who can give something cannot profit from it. There are fake anti-narrative activists who, in addition to profiting from the COVID-19 vaccine, make money here.... One of them makes $100,000. I do not want this amount of money, but I do provide a valuable expertise in molecular biology and ecology and should be compensated for it. What I've written here can be used in court. I was once asked for such a thing. I can't work unless it's online. I apply, but nothing happens. I have a large number of subscribers here as well as followers on social media. They don't have just one dollar to donate?! I do not believe so. Also, my article on assisting those who have been injured by COVID-19 vaccines is unique. Nobody else provides such expertise, and I do it for free. I do not make money from supplements. It is read by thousands of people, but none of them have read my appeal to donate or even become a free subscriber, which would help with visibility. I have extra leads on this matter, but I am now considering making it paid. Not for much. Medical doctors who have not studied molecular biology charge high fees and make false claims. My approach would be based in genuine science and would help. I should be able to live normally with what I offer.

I hope your situation improves quickly. We do good for society, and society must support us or we will disappear....

That’s the problem. People say they want change while supporting the old system. How many people who think they are ethical are working for the system, or have retirement or investment accounts in the system? Also those who follow alternative media should be wary that capture is inevitable: https://rumble.com/v49nngi-the-psyop-you-didnt-know-you-were-a-part-of.html

I agree. You can't change the system while "feeding" it. Also, how do so many useless influencers make their money? Surely someone is funding them. How do fake anti-narrative activists make money? They have it all but still want more. We simply want to make a living while contributing to society! We will perish soon, and so will the world.

It’s sad, but true, that our society gets what it deserves, ultimately. Selfishness is rewarded while integrity is not valued.

I can't believe what I am reading. It's unbelievable that such an intelligent physician can be in this position. What country are you in?

I am not a medical doctor, but I do have a doctorate in microbiology. I know more about human health than most doctors. Read about biology here https://genuineprospect.com/2023/12/20/what-is-the-scientific-discipline-biology-about/ . Medical doctors and scientists who genuinely want to help are also expelled from science and medicine. It is because the system was designed for profit rather than knowledge and helping people. I've written a lot about it here. People like us deserve support from society, but we do not receive it. I don't believe the majority of readers don't have a dollar to donate. They want expertise but are unwilling to lend a hand.

Also, the post is about a person who went to the bank to get $8 back because I don't provide the service he paid for... My service is these articles, and people who donate or subscribe help society by allowing me to keep my findings free. His action will set me back $15. This is a cruel way to treat someone like me. If someone has any questions, there is an easy way to reach out.
