Overtesting In Healthcare II
The blood pressure business model is simply another human body-related business that has nothing to do with improving human health and well-being. Health does not come in the form of pills.
Checking various human health parameters can help in diagnosing health issues. Blood and urine tests, for example, are excellent for this. Blood pressure monitoring is another common health test that people can carry out at home.
Normal blood pressure ranges from 120/110 to 80/70. A slight difference is acceptable as long as the person feels well.
That is not the case anymore.
The European Society of Cardiology's new guidelines state that this is no longer considered normal blood pressure.
What is the reason?
They didn't hide it; it's easy money, of course. 👇
The 2024 Guidelines maintain the existing definition for 'Hypertension' as a BP ≥140/90 mmHg. However, they introduce a new category of 'Elevated BP' which is defined as a BP 120-139/70-89 mmHg.
The new guidelines are designed to get more patients to an evidence-based blood pressure treatment target and to increase the eligibility for blood pressure lowering medications

Blood pressure varies throughout the day, and stress can cause a spike in it. Now when even a slight increase is accepted as a reason for taking drugs, imagine how many people will be prescribed these medications.
Of course, blood pressure medications, like all drugs, have numerous side effects. That's not all. Some are actually harmful to the heart and lead to dependence, which means that people who use these drugs are hooked for life.
But some side effects can continue or develop after you've taken the drug for a while. For example, taking diuretics might lead to low levels of potassium in your body, which could cause muscle weakness and heart problems if you don't address the problem. Diuretics can also worsen gout. And alpha-blockers may increase the risk of heart failure. https://www.webmd.com/hypertension-high-blood-pressure/side-effects-high-blood-pressure-medications
Of course, it is a fantastic business model: side effects necessitate more drugs, which in turn necessitate more drugs until the cash cow, i.e. you, dies.... It usually takes a while, so that's a good deal. The stress from your illnesses will cause health problems in your relatives. Doctors will prescribe medications for them. As a result, medical doctors and pharmaceutical companies will benefit even more financially.
💡
If your blood pressure is consistently higher than 140/90, you should take steps to normalize it, which can be accomplished through simple lifestyle changes such as losing weight, moving more particularly in nature (earthing), reducing stress with frequency therapy and adopting cats, sleeping well, and eating healthily.
🔴
The blood pressure business model is not new. While COVID-19 vaccines are the most recent and brutal. There are plenty more. Take a look at some that I've previously discussed.
💡
When visiting a doctor, always ask questions and never let be treated as if you do not own your body.
You are not owned by pharma.
Health and wellness do not come in the form of a pill.

I would appreciate it if you would stay for a moment and read my message. 🙏
What you see in this substack represents countless hours of dedication. While I could easily limit my content only to paid subscribers, I firmly believe that sharing my knowledge freely is the right thing to do because it’s about making a positive impact and helping others.
However, despite my commitment, the support I receive from my readers falls short. This lack of support often leaves me feeling unappreciated and demoralized. My passion for this work should allow me to cover my basic expenses, but the reality has been quite different. Take, for example, my article addressing fixing COVID vaccine damage or the articles about blood supply contamination.
Hundreds of people benefited from that information, yet not a single donation has come from it.
I understand that life is tough for everyone right now, but I truly believe that if each of you could contribute just the price of one coffee a month, it would make a significant difference. Even accounting for transfer fees and taxes, this small gesture would help sustain my efforts here and support my genuine science blog.
Let’s create a community of support and ensure that valuable information remains accessible to all. Thank you for considering this! Every contribution counts!❤
How could you support my work?
You can do it by paypal or by direct transfer on my website (I do not sell or collect your information).
Another way to help me keep going is to become a paid subscriber or founding member.
