A new preprint study on the bioRxiv server has raised alarming concerns about the safety and inflammatory effects of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines in pigs.
The research is important since pigs share cardiovascular and metabolic similarities with humans, making them a suitable large animal model
The study, titled "Acute anaphylactic and multiorgan inflammatory effects of Comirnaty in pigs: evidence of spike protein mRNA transfection and paralleling inflammatory cytokine upregulation" aimed to provide new insights into the mechanisms of vaccine-induced anaphylaxis and the temporal dynamics of mRNA transfection across various tissues.
🧪 Study Overview
Subjects: 26 pigs
Groups
IV group (direct vein injection of Comirnaty)
IM group (standard muscle injection)
PEG-pretreated pigs to simulate hypersensitivity
Assessment
Measured spike mRNA levels in organs using qPCR.
Assessed inflammatory markers and clinical signs within 6 hours post-injection.
📊 Results
🔴 Intravenous Injection (IV)
High mRNA concentrations in liver and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
Other organs showing presence: spleen, kidney, lymph nodes, heart, brain, in 40–90% of pigs.
~ 46% displayed anaphylaxis.
Histopathology revealed abnormalities in the kidneys, heart and brain, with the spike protein detected by immunohistochemistry.
Repeated 'booster' injections replicated the mRNA transfection and inflammatory effects seen after the first dose.
Inflammatory cytokine production soared in a pattern that paralleled the mRNA uptake, suggesting a causal link between the two.
The uptake of mRNA-LNP by PBMC (peripheral blood mononuclear cells) occurs rapidly, primarily through monocytes, which internalize the nanoparticles and trigger pro-inflammatory cytokine release, contributing to vaccine-induced systemic inflammation.
🔵 Intramuscular Injection (IM)
mRNA levels in organs is detected but is lower than the pigs who received the vaccine via IV.
No accumulation in PBMCs or distant organs observed within 6 hours.
No indication of systemic inflammation or organ damage during the 6-hour monitoring period.
What does the study mean for the vaccinated?
It once again demonstrates that even when administered intramuscularly, mRNA from COVID vaccines can reach various organs, a finding supported by other studies.
Intravenous injections, however, can be deadly. Given the high number of rapid deaths following vaccination and the possibility that vaccines may have been administered by unqualified personnel, could this be a contributing factor?
The study further suggests that if COVID vaccines enter the bloodstream, the results can be fatal.
The researchers emphasize that the mRNA in COVID vaccines has been modified for increased stability, suggesting that it will likely remain intact after the blood collection process.
Conclusion
Pigs appear to be suitable test subjects, but why were animal tests conducted four years after the mass rollout of these experimental products?
Additionally, if vaccines can enter the bloodstream and pose such risks, why are vaccinated individuals still allowed to donate blood?

I read about aspiration? where the syringe is pulled back after needle insertion to see if blood there to indicate a punctured vein so the administrator should remove the needle and repeat until clear before depressing plunger with the vial contents. I think the WHO said this wasn't necessary. Any jabs I have ever received were quick stab and plunge.
I haven't read the study yet but wonder if the pigs were sacrificed after 6 hrs, did they give the IV arm a further IV dose within 6 hrs? Also, there's no mention of 3rd arm, PEG pretreated pigs? I'll have to download study to find out. How easy, or not, is testing blood and plasmas for these and how can they be removed?
