The problem with these messages is that they make it sound as if we don't have a choice....... It's how psychopathy works - it takes away your will and convinces you that you can't change anything, but you can....

“You are a powerful force, and you have a purpose for being here. Your body, brain, soul, kids, house and land - your choice!”

Repeat when feeling low.
