The Sentence of Ghislaine Maxwell Proves Once Again That We Need A New System
Even when convicted, rapists frequently face light sentences and are free to abuse other victims because they know no one can stop them. It's because the system was designed to protect abusers, who are often in positions of power. When the criminal is wealthy and powerful, justice is never served.
An example is the Jeffrey Epstein - Ghislaine Maxwell trials, which uncovered one of the most horrific cases of long-term child rape and abuse. After Epstein’s a slap on the wrist and his “suicide”, his left hand Ghislaine Maxwell, a monster who raped and helped in the raping of children, was sentenced to merely 20 years in jail. If she is not suicided, she will most likely spend far less time behind the bars. Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were not alone. Many other men have abused and raped these children. Despite the fact that we can all guess who these monsters are, no brave hackers or other people have confirmed their identities.
I'd like you to see this video of one of the raped girls, now an adult, who will continue to live in this hell until the end of her life.
She was just ten years old when she was raped numerous times every day. She was one of many girls abused in unimaginable ways. Countless folks saw these little kids but said nothing. They didn't care that little children were being abused right in front of their eyes. People who had little girls on their own did not try to help or name the monsters. They are equally guilty! We live among these folks because similar things happen every minute..... What we witnessed in the Jeffrey Epstein - Ghislaine Maxwell sentencing was only the tip of the iceberg.
There are no organized protests for these children, now women who wish they would have never been born. No calls for the names of the monsters to be disclosed by the media or influential figures because they are involved.
We must arise. One way is to speak up and enlighten others. The other is to establish system that actually worked in the past - the true ancient Greek democracy, about which I will write a separate piece.
We don't need rulers, but rather problem solvers. Law is unnecessary for those who have high moral standards. A moral person will not infringe the following simple principles: do not steal, do not abuse, do not violate bodily autonomy, and respect family.
BTW I was miraculously unsuspended on twitter.
