I discovered red light therapy by accident. My lower back began to hurt badly a while ago. I could walk, but moving the middle of my body was painful, and I couldn't even put on my shoes. When I went to the drugstore to look for something that might help me, my attention was drawn to a simple lamp labeled “red light therapy lamp”. The package stated it was good for body pains and was cheap, so I thought, "Well, it's worth a try." I did relieve the pain and seem to have numerous other benefits.
What is read light?
Red light (wavelengths between 620 and 750 nm) is a part of natural sunlight and is most intense at sunrise and sunset. If you have a garden or a balony, use it. You will feel better immediately.
While exposing ourselves to natural red light is beneficial, it is difficult to do so for all parts of our body, and not everyone has a closed garden or a balcony, so red light lamps are a good example of how we can harness nature's gifts through modern technology. I have the smallest and cheapest variant, but there are many available, particularly recently, because it simply works.
Let's get into more detail 👇.
Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, is a popular alternative therapy with numerous reported benefits. Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular repair and regeneration, increase blood flow, and reduce inflammation in the body, which can help to alleviate pain and rejuvenate the entire body.
Inflammation is the cause of many common diseases. To take advantage of the benefits of red light therapy in this case, just find a place at home where you can sit in your underwear or naked, and stay under the light for several minutes. If you have a closed garden and are brave enough to stay there naked, you can take advantage of the natural red light at sunset and sundown.
Red light therapy is clearly beneficial to those who have received COVID-19 vaccines because it eases the majority of the adverse reactions.
One of well known advantages of red light therapy is its ability to improve skin health. Red light therapy has been shown to boost collagen production, minimize wrinkles and fine lines, and improve skin tone and texture. Red light therapy can be used to treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, and other skin conditions. It may sound controversial, but red light therapy is beneficial to people who are predisposed to skin cancer.
Red light therapy can help relieve muscle soreness, joint pain, neurological and arthritis pain. It is an effective method for shortening recovery time after injuries to any part of the body.
Common headaches can also be relieved by staying under a red light.
Red light therapy is widely used for increasing energy and improving mood. The light from red light therapy can stimulate the production of serotonin and endorphins, two neurotransmitters that help regulate mood and energy levels. Many people use red light therapy to relieve fatigue, improve focus and concentration, and boost overall well-being.
Another advantage of red light therapy is its ability to stimulate hair growth and prevent hair loss. Red light therapy can boost blood flow to the scalp, stimulate hair follicles, and encourage the growth of new hair. This can be especially beneficial for people who have thinning hair or hair loss.
Red light helps to shorten the recovery time from a common cold. In this case, the face and chest should be exposed to light for a few minutes each day.
To summarize, red light therapy is a non-invasive, natural treatment for many diseases that is generally safe for most people. To take advantage of the benefits, people must use a red light therapy device, which emits red and near-infrared light that is absorbed by the skin and cells in the body. Red light therapy sessions are brief and painless.
🔴 Read the instructions to determine how long you should use your device.
Using natural red sunlight in the early evening and morning is another way of getting the benefits in a more natural setting, but it is not always handy.
So, if you're looking for a natural and effective way to improve your health, reduce symptoms in many different kinds of diseases, and boost your overall well-being, red light therapy may be worth considering.
💡
Fun fact.
If you want your indoor plants to grow faster, place them under red light for a few minutes each day. Outdoor plants receive it naturally.
