Managing Holiday Stress: Tips for Finding Calm During the Chaos with Quantum Biology-Based Techniques Part II
As the holiday season approaches, the pressure to balance tasks, meet family expectations, and plan the "perfect" celebration can increase stress. So, while this time of year is full of joy, it can also be draining. In the second part of my guide, I'll demonstrate once more how incorporating quantum biology with traditional knowledge can result in innovative approaches to stress management.
These techniques, which are based on both ancient wisdom and modern science, focus on energy, vibration, and consciousness to help you navigate the season more easily and comfortably.
1. Quantum Energy Healing: The Power of the Subconscious Mind
Many stressors, especially those involving family dynamics, social expectations, or holiday pressure, are linked to unconscious beliefs and thought patterns. According to quantum biology, our subconscious mind has a significant impact on how we feel and behave.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as tapping, is an excellent method to relieve stress and negative emotions. Tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on emotional distress can help release blockages in your energy system, restoring calm and balance. Here are the main EFT acupressure points š
š Karate Chop Point (Side of Hand)
The "karate chop" point is located on the outer edge of the hand, beneath the pinky. This is typically used to start the EFT process by stating the problem or issue you are addressing.
š Eyebrow Point
The point is at the start of the brow, just above the nose. Tapping here helps release emotions associated with stress, anxiety, and old beliefs about the issue you're working on. * Tapping it relieves sinus irritation and migraines.
š Side of the eye (temple)
It is located on the bone beside the eye, just at the edge of the temple area. The purpose of tapping this point is to help people release their fears, frustrations, and feelings of overwhelm.
š Under the Eye
The point is located on the bone right below the eye, about one inch (2.54 cm) below the center of the pupil. Use it to address feelings of emotional pain, anxiety, or emotional attachment to negative thoughts.
š Under the Nose
It is the narrow space between the bottom of the nose and the upper lip. This point helps release thoughts or emotions that are causing discomfort or stress.
š Chin Point
The point is located in the gap between the bottom lip and the chin. Helps to release self-judgment and negative thoughts or patterns that are holding you back emotionally.
š Collarbone Point
It is just below the collarbone, where the collarbones meet (find the area where both collarbones converge and tap below it). This point is often used to release lingering emotions related to stress, tension, and unresolved feelings.
š Under the Arm
The point is at about 4 inches (10.16 cm) below the armpit, on the side of the body, around the level of the ribcage. This point helps release stress and anxiety, particularly those emotions tied to the past or unresolved issues.
š Top of the Head
You will find it on the crown of your head, right at the top. Tapping here is useful for promoting mental clarity and releasing general anxiety, stress, and any mental blocks.
How EFT Works
Identify the Issue: Focus on the emotional or physical problem you want to address.
Rate the Intensity: On a scale from 0 to 10, rate how intense the emotion or issue feels.
Start Tapping: Begin with the Karate Chop point, while saying a something like "Even though I feel [emotion or issue], I deeply and completely accept myself."
Tap the remaining points while repeating the phrase above.
Reassess: After tapping through the points, reassess the intensity of the issue. Continue tapping until the intensity reduces to a manageable level (ideally 0-2).
This method of tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on your emotional state can help alleviate stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions by rebalancing the bodyās energy system.
2. Quantum Healing Visualization
Close your eyes and imagine a healing light or energy surrounding you. As you visualize this energy moving through your body, imagine it dissolving any tension or stress, leaving you with a profound sense of peace and relaxation. Trust that this healing energy works with your subconscious to release old patterns that no longer serve you.
3. Mindful Movement: Dancing with Energy
Incorporating mindful movement into your routine can help you connect with your body's natural rhythms and achieve a state of flow, which quantum biology recognizes as a critical component of optimal health. Movement releases stagnant energy and allows you to reset.
How to Practice
- Yoga or Tai Chi
Both practices focus on moving energy through the body in a conscious, deliberate manner. Even brief sessions can significantly reduce stress, improve circulation, and induce a state of calm.
- Free dance or movement
Put on your favorite music and let your body move freely, without judgment or expectation. This is an excellent way to relieve stress, rebalance your energy, and return to a state of flow.

I can't emphasize enough how much time, energy, and risk this research requires. It's a personal mission that puts my life in danger. However, to be honest, the support for my work has been disappointingly low. At times, I even consider walking away from it all. The stress is overwhelming, and itās taking a serious toll on my health.
After all, four years of constant research, pressure, and fighting against the tide is a lot for anyone to bear.
What makes it even more difficult is that I have no support in rebuilding my scientific career. My LinkedIn profile is still deactivated š

My chiropractor uses tapping on acupressure points. I had tendinitis in my elbow for over a year. When I mentioned it to him, he tapped a few times on my forearm and the pain was gone in two days, and has never returned.
He also does this with my daughter's sinus problems. A few minutes after he's done tapping, she has a large amount of drainage and her sinuses are clear.
