Rainfall sound is extremely beneficial for our times when stress is a part of everyday life, especially for city dwellers. Don't watch stressful news, don't browse the internet like a zombie, but instead listen to rain, pet your cat, and read a book.Rain sounds, believe it or not, can ease pain.
Viewing a nature scene and/or listening to nature sound is a safe, inexpensive method, and is considered to alleviate pain during invasive procedures, such as pain during bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, or postoperative pain. https://www.ledonline.it/NeuropsychologicalTrends/allegati/Neuropsychological-Trends-2019-26_04.pdf
Unfortunately, a lot of people have to listen to the noises of their neighbours' daily lives, which are typically unpleasant. Such undesirable noises can be effectively muted or covered up by the sound of rain.
Newborn and infant parents are familiar with the difficulty of getting their children to sleep. Sound of rain is a great aid in these situations. Rainfall sound therapy helps to raise calm and happy babies and children by reducing stress and masking unwanted noises. It also improves their parents' sleep and quality of life.
When suffering from a common cold (or any illness), rainfall noise can help you recover faster. This advantage comes from the ability of rainfall sound to relax the brain and improve sleep. People who have a cold are frequently in pain due to a sore throat or excessive coughing. The sound of rain helps the sick fall asleep and allows the body to recover.

My blog and this substack are the only places where I can put my knowledge and experience to use. Unfortunately, all work in science and science communication is mainstream and has nothing to do with genuine science. I also cannot see myself working for those who advocate that COVID exists and so-called vaccines are good which means all media or science magazines. I refuse to work for murderers. I am yet to find any real anti-narrative media. As you are probably aware, I attempted to contact a few regarding the contamination of the blood supply with COVID-19 vaccines, but received no response.

This makes perfect sense. Wouldn’t it be great if productivity can stop on a rainy day so we can indulge in the peaceful stillness that the sound of rain induces? I’m grateful to have a porch where I can enjoy the sound in real time and avoid getting wet.
