My Medical Choice is a medical alert system designed to keep its members safe from ALL unwanted medical treatments and procedures, including blood transfusions and vaccinations, even when unconscious.

Patients are frequently forced to make medical decisions without knowing their rights or when they are in a vulnerable situation. Relatives are informed too late that hospitals perform procedures on their elderly or seriously ill loved ones without their consent. It is unethical and unjust, especially given that medical malpractice is a leading cause of death.

People need protection and guidance on how to avoid medical malpractice, but they don't know where to look. My Medical Choice was created specifically to meet this need.   • Directing medics to your Advance Decision Notice (ADN) with your directives for healthcare on it.

  • Directing medics to the login data on your card, tag, or ADN to access your crucial medical information

  • Automatically alerting your ICE contacts that you’re in hospital, so that they can take care of any pets, pick up children from school, check on any elderly people at home, call your work, etc.

    

• My Medical Choice provides members with a support package of documents, the ‘Pre-op Consultation Pack’, to help them get the best healthcare options for their needs at surgical consultations.  Members also have access to educational material and a reference ‘library’ to draw from in order to support their healthcare choices.

• Anyone who has a Lasting Power of Attorney for healthcare/welfare can upload the document to their personal account page for access by medical staff in an emergency, or create a new one using the information on their account page.
