Byproducts can sometimes be more beneficial than the main product.
Brewer's yeast is an inexpensive yet highly beneficial byproduct of the brewing process. It is derived from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is responsible for beer fermentation. The spent yeast is the beneficial product brewer's yeast that has absorbed a high percentage of vitamins, minerals, and nutritional components from the barley and hops. Brewer's yeast contains essential vitamins from the vitamin B group: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (folic acid), and B7 (biotin); minerals such as chromium, potassium, selenium, iron, zinc, magnesium, cuper; antioxidants, and soluble fiber known as beta glucan (β-glucan). Brewer's yeast are an excellent source of protein, with a high proportion of essential amino acids. It is available as tablets or flakes. Some people add brewer's yeast to boost the nutritional value of foods.

Digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and colitis.
Help to maintain a healthy energy metabolism. Some people believe that brewer's yeast , can cause a weight gain. That is incorrect because the ingredients such as vitamin B complex and some minerals actually help it stay balanced, so it will not affect you if you have a healthy weight but may help if you are overweight or underweight.
Help in the prevention of the modern heart diseases. If you have the experimental gene product known as COVID-19 vaccines or know someone who does, tell them to get brewer’s yeast. More information on what is beneficial to them can be found in my article on the topic 👇
Cancer therapy. Although it may appear strange, brewer's yeast has been shown to be an effective treatment for a variety of cancers. Cancer is another common adverse reaction to so-called COVID-19 vaccines.
Osteoporosis and improving bone health. It makes brewer's yeast an ideal supplement for the elderly and those recovering from bone fractures.

Detoxification of the body.

Fun fact 💡
Given that the same yeasts are used to make beer, bread, and even wine, you may be wondering if consuming such can provide the same benefits. Only beer has a lot of the beneficial ingredients in general, but it depends on the brand and how much is filtered. Beer can also help you detox 🍻. Wine has other advantages that will be discussed in another article. The yeasts used in bread are far too small amount to provide any additional benefits. I'm thinking about using brewer's yeast flakes when making bread and will let you know how it turns out and if it tastes good.
🔴While allergic reactions to yeasts are rare, if you've never tried brewer’s yeast, try it during the day and when you're not alone. Why? Because you will notice an allergic reaction right away. Also, getting to the hospital during the day is easier (I hope they can still help with allergies), and having someone else at home can help in such a situation.
🔴Keep in mind that brewer's yeast can interact with some medications, so check online for interactions if you take any.
