Amosov's Paste - The Healthy Sweet Treat

Thoroughly rinse the dried raisins, apricots, dates, and prunes. Place all of the fruits in a bowl. Rinse the lemon and cut it into small pieces before combining it with the dry fruits. Add in the walnuts. Grind the mixture. Add the honey to it. Mix well. Refrigerate it in a glass jar with a lid. It is best to prepare small amounts.
During recovery from surgery or illness, take 1 tablespoon three times a day, 30 minutes before meals. As a preventive measure, this dose can be reduced to 1 tablespoon twice a day. Children over the age of three can take one teaspoon of the paste in the morning. Amosov's paste is far better for the body than the expensive supplements.
